At SiriusXM Store, we want you to love your apparel and accessories as much as your favorite playlist. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely attach it to your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our fulfillment center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
